County Commissioners Roy W. Crow, Scott D. Livie, and William W. Pickrum were in attendance as well as Susanne Hayman, County Administrator, and a member of the media.
Notice of the public hearing was read into the record by Commissioner Pickrum.
Robin Spielman, Administrative Aide, Housing and Community Development, appeared before the Commissioners, representing Jack Canan, HCD Coordinator who was unable to attend due to illness. Ms. Spielman presented a map delineating improvement to sixty-nine homes thus far in the county under Phases I through IV at a cost of $1,159,000 in state funds:

The county has spent $324,00 to match the state funds. Eleven homes are slated for HIP in Phase V at a cost of $16,919 per home. The list of eleven homes has not been finalized . Commissioner Pickrum commented that the list of houses in need of improvement is a good deal longer than available funding. There was no one in attendance who wished to speak for or against this application.
