Board of License Commissioners

December 7, 2004

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present: Scott D. Livie, and William W. Pickrum, presiding. Commissioner Crow was away on business.

INSPECTOR'S REPORT

Mr. Stetson submitted his monthly Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco Inspector's Report. During the month of November, the following items were included:

- Total alcoholic beverage inspections: 53.
- Total Investigations: 2.
- Total Tobacco Inspections: 40 (simultaneously inspected those establishments who sell both alcohol and tobacco products).
-One Alcohol Awareness Class held on the evenings of November 2 and 3 (8 participants).

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, December 14, 2004, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, 400 High Street, Chestertown.
