Marylanders Online is a free, statewide program working to build bridges over Maryland’s digital divide by making tech support, digital devices, and connectivity resources available to all residents. Residents in the state of Maryland can connect with Marylanders Online - a no-cost service staffed by a team of trained Digital Navigators providing computer help and technology support. Services are provided through one-on-one virtual or telephone sessions, as well as on-site training and events. Marylanders Online programs and support are available in English, Spanish, and other languages upon request. Marylanders Online offers free digital and technology support to all Marylanders. Maryland residents can connect with a live Digital Navigators by calling a toll-free hotline 1-866-206-8467 Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to receive one-on-one tech support or computer help. Marylanders Online can also help you apply for reduced-rate internet programs (ACP), or enroll in digital skill classes or digital device giveaway programs.
