Upper Shore Aging, Inc. is a non-profit organization, Area Agency on Aging designated by the State of Maryland, serving over 31,000 seniors in Caroline, Kent and Talbot counties.  We develop and administer programs and services and are the chief advocate for the seniors we serve.  Our programs function cooperatively to maintain and improve the quality of life for seniors, working to help them remain healthy and independent.
