This fully restored 1865 farmhouse is located just one mile from Betterton beach, and a short drive to multiple public boat ramps provides easy access to the Sassafras River and upper Chesapeake Bay, a favorite spot for boating, fishing, water skiing, or just enjoying some of the secluded beaches in the area. We have plenty of room for boat parking. All accommodations have been painstalkingly restored. We offer two - spacious (500 sq ft), 3-room suites with queen size beds and large modern bathroom as well as a sitting room.  Suite 2 also has a pull-out sofa bed in the sitting room.  The third lodging accommodation choice is a large queen room with a unique updated bathroom.  All rooms have individual climate control, walk in showers, streaming TVs, microwave, refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. Keurig coffee brew station is located immediatley next to your room in the adjacent hallway. 

Make yourself at home on the screened-in front porch or stroll around the grounds. (For the comfort of all guests, there is a no smoking policy under covered areas, decks or in immediate proximity to the home.)
