Our well maintained Cape Cod is located in the coveted neighborhood Waterman's Estates in Rock Hall. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, island, and glass sliding doors out to the spacious deck. Upstairs you find 2 more generous sized bedrooms both with two queen beds each flooded with natural light along with another well appointed bathroom. The rear yard is perfect for creating memories either on the pristine wood deck, grassy fenced yard, or gravel fire pit lounge area overlooking the community pond (pond for viewing, not swimming).
