The Infants and Toddlers program is a family centered program that provides supports and services to infants and toddlers who reside in Kent County who meet state eligibility requirements with a 25% delay and/or disability. The purpose of the Infants and Toddlers program is to help them reach their potential and develop skills that allow them to be prepared for school.
Services are provided year round at no cost to families. The Infants and Toddlers Program can target the following areas:
- Cognition
- Communication
- Social/Emotional
- Self-help
- Fine Motor
- Gross Motor
- Hearing
- Vision
