Steadfast Technical Support offers support services to businesses and individuals.  We serve businesses and individuals on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and most of Delaware.  Steadfast was created as a means to use strong professional, communication, and support skills to aide others.  An extensive educational background with a focus on project management has afforded me the skills to assist with business practices and individual clerical needs in many ways.  Steadfast can be counted on for dedicated reliable service. 

 

 

For business we offer many different types of clerical support, always very specific to the needs of the specific business.  Services often include general help setting up computer systems, creating spreadsheets, data entry, social media help, website help, research, and formalized reports.  We work with businesses to find their unique need and design mutually beneficial assistance.  We strive to serve businesses that lack the size or resources to do this type of work internally, but need these things to increase their success.
