Acquired in 2003 by the Department of the Interior's National Park Service Federal Lands to Parks program, this 11-acre passive recreation waterfront property boasts a beautiful view of Still Pond Creek. The park offers a soft launch only boat ramp for non-motorized water crafts and is currently undergoing development to include a picnic pavilion, restroom facility, playground and swing set in the future. Swimming is strictly prohibited. A portion of the property is owned by the US Coast Guard and is used as a small seasonal boat station from April through October.
